Automated Control System for Mixing Plants
All our mixing plants are equipped with a fully automatic automation system. All our plants are approved by Saudi Aramco. They also meet the specifications and standards.

The concrete plants are also equipped with a water cooling plant. The water cooling plant can cool 12,000 liters of water per day. It reduces the temperature from 60°C to a final temperature of 0.5°C.
Our concrete plants are equipped with an ice plant. The ice plant can produce 25 tons of ice per day. It can also store 30,000 kg of ice because it holds a separate storage room.

Ready Mix Concrete In Hot Weather
To meet international specifications and standards and to guarantee quality, the temperature of fresh, unhardened concrete should not exceed 32°C.
We take all necessary precautions to make sure that this limit is not exceeded by using the next techniques:
- Shading or covering stones.
- Stone washing.
- Use cement with low temperature i.e. less than 77°C.
- Ice factory.
- Water cooling plant.
- Shading concrete mixing area.
- Use of white paints on cement silos and silica silos.
- Use of insulation in pipelines and water tanks.
Extra efforts are made to keep the temperature of the concrete as low as possible. It’s a crucial part of these precautions to keep high quality. Ice should not melt before being placed in the mixer. It can be mixed with other raw materials like sand and stones. Nevertheless, it must be completely melted before the concrete is finished mixing. All the above-mentioned procedures.
